Hemorrhoids during pregnancy
Hemorrhoids are caused by venous swelling anal area causing bleeding, itching, and burning.
Hemorrhoids are common during pregnancy because:
- During pregnancy, uterus expansion increased venous pressure causes the anal area hemorrhoids.
- Constipation, a common problem during pregnancy, caused by mental stress, needs less human bowel. Activities move slower digestion during pregnancy, and the supply of iron prenatal vitamins can also cause constipation.
1. To prevent or relieve constipation and hemorrhoids:
- Eating a diet rich in fiber (raw fruits, vegetables, and whole grains).
- Drink plenty of water every day.
- Increase the amount of exercise you get each day.
2. To treat itching or pain of hemorrhoids:
Keep clean by wiping the anus thoroughly after every use. Gently wipe from front to back. Use a soft damp paper generally softer than toilet paper.
Soak in warm water to help minimize or alleviate the pain of hemorrhoids.
- Avoid sitting for long periods, especially on a hard chair.
Last medicinal or other benign treatment of hemorrhoids at home medicinal edible!
- Keep your health and notify your doctor if constipation or hemorrhoids. Your doctor can advise you and guide treatment
